Jitterz Coffee Roasters

Ethiopia, Heirloom, Guji Shakiso Gigesa

Read time: under 1 minute.

Shakiso is an elegant expression of a washed processed coffee produced in Ethiopia's district of Shakiso, Guji. We find a ripe stonefruit in the cup that reminds us of plum. The elegance of sweet liquor and the finish of grape tootsie pop. Shakiso is at the top of our list every time we cup it. It's just beautiful.
