Colombia, Field Blend, Santa Maria
Read time: under 1 minute.
Santa Maria's fresh harvest is here! It tastes better than ever, and the relationship of flavors in the brewed cup is so well structured. Santa Maria is a field blend of Colombia's two most commonly grown varieties: Colombia and Caturra. This coffee is a beautiful expression of the balance of flavors a 'chuggable' cup of coffee would have. We can say anything about this micro-lot from the Huila region in Colombia for the good! Santa Maria gives a cherry-like sweetness in the cupping room in a dry fragrance. As water is applied aromatically, intense vanilla and hazelnut, fill the room and translate into the brewed cup with a juicy, crisp apple to add.
Is this coffee for me? You drink coffee habitually. You like consistency. You are not into trying new things. You like your coffee with a splash of milk and sugar. You like your coffee black. You don't like outlandish flavor profiles. You don't want your coffee to taste like blueberry pie. This coffee is for you, my friend. Go ahead and hit add to cart, check out, and you won't be disappointed.
