This is our first year working with this exceptionally produced coffee from Colombia. In short, the type of coffee seed from this coffee lot, "Rosado" also known as Pink Bourbon globally, showcases a world-class coffee that is rich and silky with a tropical fruit profile. We are consistently impressed with its versatility across the bar. We look forward to continue our relationship with Luis through our friends at La Real Expedicion Botanica.
