Jitterz Coffee Roasters

Lizardo Herrera, Rosado

Read timeunder 1 minute.

What once started as a dream to bring in coffee produced by Lizardo and his family has become a reality and a long-standing relationship. We are more than impressed in our fourth year of sourcing coffee directly from the Herreras. If you have never tasted coffee from the land of the Herreras, we wouldn’t say, “You are missing out” to bribe or sell you anything, but more so to make you aware that you are missing out on an experience of tasting a pocket of flavors in coffee that is genuinely unique. This Colombia Rosado varietal is a micro-lot in Southern Huila, Colombia, and delivers in the brewed cup. In the cup, we find fruit from beginning to end, a sugar-cane juice sweetness, and a baked goods aroma.
