Colombia Russilandia
Read time: under 1 minute.
It feels nice to have this coffee back in our roastery after a few years. Heyller's passion for producing coffee leaks out of him, and he has a hand in producing nothing short of unique-tasting coffee profiles. Russilandia on the cupping table in a fragrance round stands out, from smells of fresh-cut watermelon to honeydew melon that transfer to aromatics when water is applied to the cupping bowl. In a round of taste and flavor, there is fresh blueberry, honeydew melon, fresh flowers, and a fermented comice pear sweetness unique enough to set this coffee apart.
