Jitterz Coffee Roasters

Colombia Durley Sánchez

Read time: under 1 minute.

This is our first year receiving coffee from Durley through our partners in Colombia, La Real Expedición Botánica. Durley Sánchez has quickly become a favorite on our cupping table every week. On the nose, you get purple and light pink fragrances when opening up a Dubble Bubble gum. The aromatics are pungent, and the brewed cup is well structured in flavor, mouthfeel, and texture. This is one cup that cultivar shines! Believe it or not, there is a complex creamsicle flavor note with a silky-like body and a purple-colored flower leaning heavily towards verbena, lilac, and lavender.

Brewing Insight:

Durley Sánchez is well-suited for brewing espresso and any filter-like brewing.
